Into island mode by boat

Our journey first took us from Koh Rong to Koh Rong Sanloem. On the boat that special feeling already sets in: the mainland fades into the background and the sea becomes the actual road. Our first arrival point was the Soon Noeng Pier at Saracen Bay.

The two islands are often mentioned in the same breath. Yet Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem are separate islands – and on Sanloem even the choice of bay can change your whole stay.
